Last night I received an e-mail from Credit One to come back and see if I pre-qualified. I did the whole process including choosing a card, the verification questions, etc. I was told I needed to give more information. I called and the young lady said they could not find the confirmation code I gave and to apply again. I did that and was told I was denied because I didn't give my income. Then I was told I didn't give my birthday or phone number. I then called back to get another supervisor. He gave me another story and still could not find the application confirmation code. I googled and found they do this often and I would need to reach out to the president's office. I found a phone number and it said it was the fraud department. Does anywhere here have an e-mail or phone or fax to this office? Has this happened to anyone else?
