Well I started the process of asking my creditors to remove Lates back in May. Only one that will not remove Lates is care credit. So I dispute with them and their dispute department every month. I was upfront about it ...every time they say no I open a new one..I know this is annoying but Idc..I told them every time you reject removing I will be calling to open a new one every month of my life lol
