Hi Everyone,
I am working on my girlfriend's credit reports, and she has two Firs Premier Bank credit card accounts that she opened in 2009, and that got charged off in 2011. I remember reading on these boards a while back about some sort of technicality with their customer data, or systems integrity, or something where during a certain time period First Premier would have to delete account information from credit reports if requested to do so, because they couldn't verify if the information was correct or not.
I may be mis-remembering this, but wanted to check here to see if anyone can point me in the right direction with regards to a possible strategy for dealing with these accounts. There are still balances owed, so if I have to I will go the goodwill route and offer to pay for deletion.
